The purpose of this association is to preserve and showcase all the elements reminiscent of the 18th and 19th century stay of the Dupont de Nemours family at the Château du Bois-des-Fossés located in the commune of Chevannes (Loiret – FRANCE).
More generally, the association aims to maintain the heritage of Bois-des-Fossés.
The association aims to achieve its objectives, in particular by:
Maintaining a place that brings together all the memories relating to that era
By appointment with the association, it is possible to organize guided tours of the remains of the castle, the buildings and the original gardens.
Receiving handouts and public funding
Selling, on a permanent or occasional basis, any products or services that fall within the scope of its purpose, or that are likely to contribute to its fulfillment
Maintaining the heritage by participating in the financing of works of all kinds
